, i.e. 170,834.7 Euros, and 15% from the state budget, i.e. 30,147.3 Euros. The goal of the project, which we will implement with Norwegian partner Easy Learning Solutions, is to prepare educational tools to support the development of a culture of quality in educational institutions.

The project will be implemented in the period from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022 - that is, 2 years.

the 4-day program combines workshops and simulations with WHO (Psychological First Aid - PFA) practices, battlefield and survival techniques, and managerial tools for working with fear and uncertainty in a team.

Pre-work (e-learning + competency test)

  • Crisis leader competency test (starter diagnosis),
  • Introduction to the psychology of crisis: anxiety vs. stress, information uncertainty,
  • PFA (WHO) basics and quick stabilization techniques: breathing, grounding.

Day 1 - Psychology of crisis and human behavior

  • Individual reactions: fight-flight-freeze, cognitive narrowing, denial,
  • Group reactions: contagion of emotions, regression to hierarchy, gossip and narratives,
  • The role of the leader in the first minutes: modeling calmness, simple language, short commands,
  • Exercises: grounding (5-4-3-2-1), breath work, calming messages for the team.

Day 2 - Stabilization and safety: survival & PFA
